Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, and for those of you opting for a night of candlelit romance at home, it can always be stressful trying to figure out how to instill a little passion over two or three courses.
So ladies (and gents!), please follow carefully as I set out the perfect ingredients for you to add some extra spice to a Valentine’s Dinner.
But before we get on to more culinary matters, here are a few of my very own Rules that you simply must stick to:
Fernanda’s Rule Number 1: Make sure to use at least 2 of the ingredients from the list below if you really want to use your meal to set the scene for a more amorous night ahead!
Fernanda’s Rule Number 2: Don’t go for a massive meal. Short, sexy and suggestive snacks are what you should aim for (or else you will simply end up feeling bloated at the end of it all, and that’s no way to start off a night of passion now, is it?!)
Fernanda’s Rule Number 3: Feed your sex drive not only with the food during the early part of the evening, but why not start the day teasing and exciting your partner with a provocative text or two to get them even more excited for what lies ahead when they get home.
Fernanda’s Rule Number 4: Most important of all is you! Get the cooking done on time, so you will allow yourself at least a few hours to ensure that when he walks through the door, YOU are going to be the tastiest thing on the menu.
Now here are the sexy ingredients for you to include:
Of course, you are going to be spending Valentine’s night with the one you love most and who you find more irresistible than any other in this world (otherwise not even the fieriest peppers will be able to kick start your love life!). So always remember to add that extra special and personal touch to show them how much they mean to you. And whatever that may be, I shall leave to your imagination!
Lots of love and may I wish you and your beloved a Valentine’s night of unbridled passion.
