WHEN LIFE GIVES YOU LEMONS – THEN MAKE SOME LEMON CAKE!

Okay, so just to make things clear, I am not going to tell you how to make a lemon cake today. It was just a catchy title to go with the citrusy themed print on my dress in the picture

As you all know, my style philosophy has always been that a well-dressed lady should do so with the minimum of fuss. You don’t need the most expensive designer labels on your back or around your wrist to look fabulous.

Such fabulousness comes from within, and is expressed in how you carry yourself – and equally, how you piece together an entire outfit.

The way I see it, an eye-catching outfit is not just about the garments, but equally about the accessories that you add to it to make something that is the sum of all the parts. Think of it like bringing together all the ingredients with which to make the most mouth watering cake!

With this particular shoot, I have gone for some wonderfully bright accessories, including matching earrings that enhance the playsuit that I am wearing.

As a style tip, might I recommend these gorgeous ankle boots that I have also opted for below. Boots can be a little uncomfortable to wear at times, but these come in a softer leather and feel like they are kissing your feet.
