SEXY IN THE CITY (WITH YOUR HOT NEW DATE)

Okay, so you’ve met this incredible new guy – and he has asked you out on your first date!! The problem for a lot of us girls though is that any sense of anticipation and excitement as the evening approaches is usually offset by panic as we go through our wardrobes thinking “what do I wear”?

It’s always useful at times like this though to pause for a moment and remind yourself how truly amazing you are. It has nothing to do with age, dress size or body shape. Instead, it’s all to do with your inner confidence.

Have you heard of the Law of Attraction? Or as Neville Goddard puts it slightly more eloquently than I can: “Live your life in a sublime spirit of confidence and determination; disregard appearances, conditions, in fact all evidence of your sense that deny the fulfilment of your desire. Rest in the assumption that you are already what you want to be.”

So before you dash off and spend a month’s salary on a dress that you simply cannot afford, or end up wearing something way too short and way too tight, remind yourself that less is sometimes more. And this is what I meant about channelling your “inner confidence.” Because, it’s not necessarily what you wear, but more about how you wear it.

If you want to wear something a little more eye-catching – then go for it. But the trick is to feel confident about it, and let the dress empower you rather than overpower you! The dress that I have chosen in the picture below is in a striking white – and it just happens to tick a lot of boxes for me!
